Washington Heights Goes to College

"I'm the first in my family to go to college and it's because of FYI."

We heard this over and again last week when 10 FYI program alumni came back to celebrate this year's grads and to share encouragement with them as they embark on the next leg of their journey.

But it's also because of YOU. Your donations over the years are what helped us build our College Access program. Starting in middle school, FYI gives ambitious yet under-resourced kids the tools they need to take that next step, to make their families proud, and to lift their community.
